Video extensometer is a non-contact high-precision real-time strain measurement system. Based on a separate digital camera and real-time image processing algorithm, it can dynamically measure strain, displacement and other data in real time by taking images of test pieces during the experiment process and analyzing the changes in image characteristics. It can be interoperable with the signal of the testing machine to measure stress-strain curve, elastic modulus and other mechanical properties parameters. Suitable for all kinds of mechanical tests, such as tensile, compression, fatigue, etc., can also be used in high temperature, low temperature and other unconventional environment for real-time strain observation.
The non-contact three-dimensional full-field strain measurement system uses the principle of digital image correlation method (DIC) to collect images through two industrial cameras, capture the surface features of the specimen before and after deformation, identify the surface feature changes of the measured object, and then obtain the corresponding coordinate changes of each pixel of the image through three-dimensional reconstruction and digital image correlation algorithm. The 3D displacement field, 3D strain field and 3D deformation field data in this process are calculated.
DSE 3D optical full-field strain measurement system is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of materials and specimens under various static and dynamic conditions, as well as for dynamic displacement and trajectory tracking. The measurement results provided by the system include data, charts and cloud images, which can intuitively and clearly reflect the displacement, deformation and strain changes of the measured object, and provide convenience for related research work.
